Where ACC's help is needed most, and where it already reaches. Need is surrender requests
(Airtable), strays by where they were found and owner surrenders by the owner's ZIP (ShelterBuddy), and stop-by
visits to surrender a pet or bring in a stray, by the visitor's ZIP (Waitwhile). Reach is Community Pets
vaccine, spay/neuter and pantry sign-ups, and event clients (Airtable). Everything is per 1,000 residents unless you
switch to counts. Only area totals are shown; numbers under 5 appear as "<5".
